The Devonport Craft and Fine Food Market is held on the 2nd Sunday of each month (except January - when we put our feet up and recover from the bonkers festive season).

Our venue is the Harmony Hall, 4 Wynyard Street, Devonport and the market runs from 10am to 2pm.

The next market will be held on Sunday 8th April 2018 - and applications are now open for stallholders who would like to attend.  Please complete this application form:

The deadline for applying for this market is 5pm on Tuesday 19th March - I will e-mail out confirmations shortly after the closing date and let you know the payment deadline for your space.

The market is mostly indoors, with only a couple of outside spaces which are generally reserved for some long-standing stallholders who prefer to be outside - however, please indicate on your application form if you would like to be considered for one of those spots.

We pride ourselves on the quality, diverse and original products that are brought to the market by our stall holders each month and welcome applications from new vendors. 

Set up in April 2009 as a place for local artisans to sell their high quality handmade products, Devonport Market is a vibrant and fun place for you to sell. 

We are located in the heart of Devonport Village, just a short walk from the Ferry and with plenty of car and bike parking for customers very close-by.

Food Vendors
Food vendors must hold all relevant food licenses. Priority will be given to food vendors who grow or make their food locally. 

General Information

All items for sale must be original, modern and handmade. 

We will occasionally accept applications from designers as long as their product is handmade. If you do not make the items you sell yourself, please be clear about this in your application.

The market runs 10am-2pm on the second Sunday of every month, rain or shine. 

All new applicants must email photographs or links to photographs of their work to  as well as completing the application form.

Stall space is mostly inside and under cover. 

Costs for stalls are as follows:

2m inside spot $35

1m inside spot $25
3m outside stall $35 (very limited number available)

Table hire $5

Each stall is provided with seating.

Vendors who have an active social media presence, who are able to support the market's marketing efforts will be given extra consideration. Please make sure you mention your social media sites when applying. 

Devonport Market has a Facebook following of over 5,600 and an Instagram following of over 1000. We are constantly working on building this base and actively market as many of our stall holders each month as possible. We have lots of local signage advertising the market as well as other active online and print advertising.
